Recruitment Process

All appointments are made as the result of an interview and selection process. All applicants must complete an application form.

Specific details as to the interview process for shortlisted candidates can vary from post to post, but will always include as a minimum a meeting with Senior Leaders, students, a tour of the school and a formal interview.

CV’s – while CV’s are not accepted as part of the formal recruitment process, we do invite speculative CV’s and approaches from high-quality people and professionals who might like to join us.
