Etonbury Academy has been awarded the Healthy Schools Award.
Catering is managed by Accent Catering. They provide a break and lunch service at Etonbury Academy.
Accent Catering uses a three week menu timetable. They provide a wide range of fresh main meals (including vegetarian and / or vegan offers), freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, desserts and fresh fruit. At break times, there is a selection of hot items accompanied by an array of muesli pots, home baked cakes, cookies and muffins.

We strongly encourage parents and students to make use of the excellent value and quality the school canteen provides. Our lunch meal deal is £2.60, which includes the main meal and the pudding of the day, please find the full price list of items below.
We support parents who wish to provide packed lunches, but we also ask that you work with us and our aims of healthy eating for all students.
Allergens
Please be advised we are a nut free school. Please avoid nuts or products containing nuts in lunch boxes.
All our menus are allergen compliant. Accent Catering are partners of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation and take the responsibility for managing food allergies and special diets very seriously. We seek to reassure parents and guardians that we have a detailed understanding of the subject and recognise the importance of having robust procedures in place. All of our menus are fully allergen checked and labelled. If you or your child has a question, please ask your child to speak to one of the canteen staff, or email main reception who can put you in contact with the canteen.
Free School Meals
If your child receives Free School Meals, they can choose any two items from the extensive daily menu (main course and dessert) for their free school meal.
We do not allow high caffeine “energy” drinks to be consumed on the premises.
Daily Spending Limits
We have made arrangements for all student accounts to have a daily spending limit of £7.
If you would like your child's spending limit to be lower or higher, please complete the Google Form below to tell us the spending cap you would like applied to their account. Please be aware that it can take up to 72 hours for a change to a spending limit to be applied:

New Catering Pod!
We are also very excited to announce that we have now acquired a catering pod, giving us the opportunity to expand our food and drink offer to students at a separate location on the playground. This will open for service towards the end of the week.
The catering pod will offer:
- At breaktime: a selection of snacks
- At lunchtime: our drink and panini bar for the Autumn Term (drinks also available in the canteen)
We are really looking forward to seeing our students enjoy the new facilities, wider choice and fresh approach that Accent will bring to our school.
Sixth Form Café – Thrive Café
Our Sixth Form students will also benefit from a new catering experience with the launch of the Thrive Café, located within the Sixth Form Centre. The café will offer a new menu and range of options specifically for our Sixth Form students. Students will be able to pay by card directly in the café, providing a convenient and straightforward way to purchase food and drinks throughout the school day.
