Phase One is now complete and has led to modification, conversion and refurbishment of the existing school buildings and major new building for the Pendleton Sports Centre, 3G Pitch, and new teaching block.

Phase Two is now underway and will provide more new science labs, two new food technology rooms, CAD suite, more Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and ultimately Key Stage 5 classrooms, new site reception, play and social space, and a major refurbishment and expansion of the existing Year 5 block to provide an brand new self-contained Primary Facility – Etonbury Juniors.

This second phase will see the addition or improvement of the following:

• Additional classrooms
• Expansion and refurbishment of the Year 5 block to create a Primary Unit 'Etonbury Juniors' for Year 5 and Year 6 students
• Two additional science labs
• Two new food technology rooms
• Small group work rooms
• Ancillary offices
• New reception facilities
• All-weather tennis courts
• All-weather netball court
• Mountain biking course
• More bike storage
• Enhanced and enlarged play spaces
• Reference Orchard
• Community Childcare Nursery
